Mission: Support the marketing team in its goal of raising awareness, generating community engagement, and identifying compelling content for its cruise events.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to marketing team concentrating on identifying, developing, and maintaining content for guest facing communications:
    • Social Media: provide content for event and host postings across social media platforms, monitor and manage social media conversations and ad comments, brainstorm and provide creative direction to Sixthman design team to create compelling assets across all brands.
    • Research: conduct market and community research, identify social media trends, monitor engagement across platforms and provide regular reporting on each

Skills and qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited college/university and eligible to receive academic credit to apply
  • Preferred Major: Business Management/Administrations, Marketing, Communications, Social Media Marketing, Hospitality Marketing, Event Management
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency (Email, Word, and Excel skills)
  • Strong familiarity with various social media platforms
  • Familiarity with Sprout or Photoshop a plus
  • Must furnish laptop for in office use
